The Tantalising Tarkine
The Tarkine is the largest temperate rainforest in Australia and the second largest in the world. It is located North West of Tasmania and is home to various animals including 28 mammals, 111 land and freshwater birds along with half of the continent’s reptiles and the largest crayfish in the world. The Tarkine is also home to the currently threatened and endangered Tasmanian Devil which is an Australian icon.
